" La Maison de Prosper " is a country holiday lodge linked to " Gîtes de France " label since October 2000. Located in a small village in the country side of Alsace, very close to the famous wine route (Rouffach town), "la Maison de Prosper" is about 15 minutes driving, to the south east of Colmar and in the middle of the touristic area of Alsace.

Description
A large new lodge (1100 square feet), very confortable, and with independant access, located in a converted farmhouse, with exposed beams, nice decoration and very quiet with a Southern orientation, in the terrace looking onto its landscaped closed garden, 2 bedrooms on the first floor.

Private parking space in the closed courtyard.

Equipment
Fitted kitchen, with micro-wave, dish washer, freezer, coffee machine, oven, assorted dishes, color TV, washing machine, iron and ironing board, 1 sofaand 2 armchairs, bathroom with bath and shower, separate toilet, garden table and chairs on the terrace, barbecue, outside games for children in the garden, cleaning produits.
First floor : 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed in each room, a fitted cupboard, radio, southern orientation.
